Yes this is a digimon named Tentomon. He was one of the main digimon from the first season of the T.V show.
He's pretty cool, shiny, wifi over squirtle.

Deletemaybe move-set wise, but pikachu's structure doesn't fit tentomon at all. Maybe Patomon.
DeleteI'm pretty sure I could get Tentomon's model work on Pikachu's boneset. Though if someone does a PSA edit on Squirtle to make him be electric I will download this.
