Yeah, I think it's mostly bone edits... Although if what BY says is true, even that doesn't always desync.
I believe what makes it desync... Is if a bone, or something was edited that effects the hitbox, so if you didn't edit bones in this hack... It might be Wifi safe.
Only one thing i don't like...whats with the gap in the middle of his eyes? its still kick-ass and i'm totally downloading it but, what's with that gap?
